THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT
GUIDELINES FOR INFORMATION TO BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE AND TICKETS:
Event Name:
- The event name should be entered into the system using lowercase letters. Ideally, the name should be short. If the name is changed after ticket sales have started, please notify a Ticket Best Europe representative.
Event Category:
- Each event must have a category. If the event takes place multiple times, separate events should be created in the Ticket Best Europe system, with tickets available for specific dates, times, and hours.
Prices and Discounts:
- Prices and discounts for different categories of attendees (e.g., persons with disabilities, schoolchildren, students, seniors, groups, etc.) must be specified as accurately as possible.
- NB! If you plan to change the ticket prices, please notify us by sending an additional email to info@ticketbest.ee at least 48 hours before the planned date of the price change. Include the new ticket prices, along with the date and time the changes will take effect.
Seating Details:
- If the event includes specific seating arrangements (e.g., VIP areas or special seating), this must be clearly indicated in the submitted information.
New Venue:
- Adding a new venue to the system can only be done by a Ticket Best Europe representative. To request this, please send an email with details about the venue and its seating plan, including the layout of the seats.
Additional Information:
- You can include details such as directions to the venue, whether the event is held in multiple languages, or if there are seats with restricted visibility.
Images for the System:
- The system at www.ticketbest.eu allows for multiple posters or images in .jpg or .png format, with the following dimensions: 1270x555px, 280x420px, and a maximum size of 2 MB.
