THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT
GUIDELINES FOR INFORMATION TO BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE AND TICKETS:
Once your event is listed for sale, we will send you a special link via email. This link will lead either to the language of the country where the event is taking place or to English as the universal language.
Event Title
- The event title should be written in lowercase letters. Ideally, it should be short. If the title is changed after tickets go on sale, a Ticket Best Europe representative must be notified.
Prices and Discounts
- Prices and discounts for different audience categories should be specified as accurately as possible (e.g., people with disabilities, pupils, students, pensioners, groups, etc.).
- NB! If your ticket prices are expected to change, please inform us at least 48 hours before the planned price change date.
Seating Information
- If the event has assigned seating (VIP, special seating arrangements), this must be clearly indicated in the information you provide to us.
New Venue Registration
- New venues can only be added to the system by a Ticket Best Europe representative. Please send an email to our representative with the venue details and a seating plan indicating seat locations.
Additional Information (you may include details such as):
- Directions to the event venue
- The language in which the event will be held
- Whether the venue has restricted-view seats, etc.
Images and Posters
- It is necessary to upload several posters or images in .jpg or .png format, with the following dimensions: 1270x555px, 280x420px, and a maximum size of 2 MB.
